One of our more unusual applications was for the BBC "Doctor Who" project. The spraying of Polyurethane foam gave the organic effect they required. The internal scenes of an Alien Space ship (The Strawmen episodes) was created by applying polyurethane foam to cardboard tubes, Christmas Tree lights and bubble wrap!
Sprayed Polyurethane foam is by far the best way to insulate your steel vessel. Its Thermal properties are superior to any other material. Condensation forming on the
steel hull will ruin the lining of your new boat in a very short time.
This can be prevented by the application of sprayed foam. If you the boat builder have had a bad experience in the past with a poor application give us a call. We promise to give you a First Class job, we have been foam spraying since 1980 and know what the boat industry requires.
An application of sprayed polyurethane foam to the underside of a single skin industrial roof will reduce heat loss/gain and eliminate condensation transforming the building dramatically. The application to a domestic roof has the same effect, wind driven snow and rain will also be eliminated.
Many people are using steel shipping containers to store there belongings. During the winter months the build up of condensation inside these can ruin the stored goods.
This can be prevented by spraying a thin coat of polyurethane foam on the underside of the roof and keeping the goods mold free and in good condition.
Sprayed polyurethane foam to tanks and vessels is a quick and effective way to apply the insulation to an awkward shaped vessel.
